Here is a wonderful vintage copy from 1973 of the Culinary Arts Institute Encyclopedia Cookbook Deluxe Edition edited by Ruth Berolzheimer. This book is one of the classic "from scratch" recipe books from the golden age of cooking. This book is in very nice condition for its age with just a little wear to the covers from use and re-shelving - bottom tips of covers show only a little rubbing. The dust jacket show a bit of wear and tears at the top and bottom edges and did a great job of protecting the covers.
INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. Thumbnail tabbed sections. The book has 960 pages PLUS HUGE index.
