Here is a great deal on two soft cover cookbooks from the Ship to Shore Cookbook Series. First, the comb bound cookbook is a 1st Edition/2nd Printing from 1984. There are 680 recipes with a Caribbean flavor compiled by Jan Robinson from over 60 yachts.
The other (Volume II) is a 5th printing from 1991. This second cookbook is a collection recipes for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres along with breakfasts & breads, luncheons, salads & appetizers, soups & sauces, meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, pasta & rice, desserts and MORE!
BOTH Cookbooks are in lightly used condition with a bit more wear to volume one at the edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
