Here is a hard to find Butterick Pattern # 3157 UNCUT Misses Top and Skirt in sizes 8, 10 and 12.
Loose fitting top has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, asymmetrical closing, front princess seams, long sleeves. Top A and B front flounce (wrong side will show) A C has sleeve flounce. Semi-fitted straight skirt, above mid-knee or below mid calf or flared skirt, lower calf, has waistband and back zipper. From 1993.
