This is a soft cover, comb bound cookbook filled with recipes of members of the Square Dancing couples. The cookbook is in very good condition with minimal wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. A nice copy!
Chapters include: Appetizers, Beverages, Breads, Fish & Poultry, Hotdishes (aka casseroles in other parts of the country), Meat, Salads, Side Dishes, Soups, Sweet Tooth (Bars, Cakes, Candy, Cookies, Desserts, and Pies), This and That, Vegetables, Index. There are 347 pages including index with an average of 2 recipes per page with the name of the contributing cook.
