Here is a 1985 recipe collection from Virginia Minnesota Community Cookbook with the Ladies Home League of the Salvation Army. This soft cover, comb bound cookbook with a red cover is in good used condition with just a bit of wear to the covers' and edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 97% free of any marks, stains or writing--a few of the recipes have notes in pencil by the recipe.
Chapters include: Appetizers, Bread & Rolls, Cakes & Cookies, Desserts, Jams - Jellies - Pickles - Relishes, Main Dishes, Soups & Salads, Vegetables.
There are 138 pages with extra pages of helpful hints. There is an average of two recipes per page.
