Here is a hard to find soft cover cookbook circa 1982 from the Republic Airlines Flight Attendants' titled... GALLERY CHATTER Cookbook. This cookbook is in good used condition--front cover has wear around all the edges of the cover. Back cover has a rip in the blue paper that covers the back cover. (See pics.) INSIDE there is faint evidence of a spill that effected some of the pages at the top edge of the pages and the side of some too--but again, they are faint stains. No writing or notes.
Chapters include: Appetizers & Relishes, Soups - Salads - Vegetables, Main Dishes, Breads - Rolls - Pastry, Cakes - Cookies - Desserts, Candy - Jelly -Preserves, Beverages and Misc. There are 217 pages and an average of 2 recipes per page.
