Size XXSmall ~ up to 7lbs - up to 17".
Size XSmall ~ 7 - 13 lbs and 17" - 24".
Size Small - 13 - 18 lbs and 24" - 26½".
Size Medium - 18 - 21 lbs and 26½" - 31"
The pattern and instructions are still factory folded. The envelope may have some wear from storage.
