Here are TWO Vintage Hawaiian Recipe Books / Cookbooks. The white cover booklet is titled.. Hawaiian Homemaker's FAVORITE ISLAND RECIPES from 1956 -this copy is a 12th printing. This booklet is in good condition for its age with just a bit of wear to the covers from use, and storage. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. Title page at the top has some roughness due to a removed sticker. With 88 pages, the cookbook measures about 8 ¼”tall by 5 ½” wide. "Specially selected to offer the best from all the islands and all racial communities" (written on the cover.) Chapters include: Meat, Fish, Poultry, Vegetables, Fruit and Desserts. (There are Hawaiian recipes, Japanese, Korean, American, Japanese. There is an average of 3 recipes per page.

The Pacifica House HAWAII COOK BOOK (Cookbook) 180 Traditional Island Recipes & Luau Favorites History of Hawaiian Cuisine & Cooking Methods. This small booklet is from 1973 and is a 10th printing. The front and back covers show just a little wear from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the first page/title page has a bit of sticker reside from the previous owner. Otherwise, the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. Cookbook doesn't look like it has been used much!
