You gotta love old cookbooks filled with comfort food recipes from the upper Midwest. THIS one is a wonderful soft cover, wire bound cookbook titled... Central's Cook Book (Cookbook) from the Central Lutheran Church in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Although undated, the advertisers phone numbers have (on average) 1-3 digits!! (In fact, Olaf Schroeder (a grocery store in Cadott, Wisconsin has a phone number of "1".
This old cookbook is in good vintage condition with just a bit of wear --some small creases--on the front and back covers at the top tips of the book. INSIDE the pages are at least 95% free of any marks, stains or writing---there are a handful of recipes that have small notes by recipes in pencil. There are 120 pages with an average of 5 recipes per pages and the bottom of the page there is a small ad from local merchants! The font size is about 8 so this cookbook is FILLED with recipes!
