Here is another great cookbook, vintage 1975 titled... Memphis Cookbook Junior League Recipes Tennessee. This cookbook is the 16th edition to celebrate the Bicentennial year of the United States of America 1976.
This soft cover with comb spine measures about 6 1/2 inches wide by 9 inches tall with 259 pages. The front cover has a small tear at the top edge of the cover that has a piece of tape to stop it from tearing more. The front and back covers have a little wear at the edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the first page has an old book price in pencil at the top of the page. Otherwise, the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. A nice copy!
Chapters include: Appetizers & Canapes, Soups, Cheese & Eggs, Seafood, Game & Poultry, Meats, Vegetables, Salads & Dressings, Sauces, Breads, Desserts, Cookies & Candies, Preserves & Relishes, Wine Chart, Herb Chart, And other things. Recipes in this cookbook were contributed by members of the Memphis Junior League.
