Here is another great soft cover cookbook titled.. A Taste of Tennessee from 1984. This comb bound recipe collection was complied by Home Ec (Economics) from across the state. This cookbook is in very good used condition with just a little wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. Back cover still has original price sticker attached. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. On the appetizer chapter page there was a correction in the text and graphic -- in blue in they hit something - no doubt without permission for something.
Chapters include: Appetizers, Soups & Salads, Meats - Main Dishes - Casseroles, Vegetables - Side Dishes, Breads - Rolls - Coffee Cake, Cookies - Cakes - Pies - Desserts, Snacks & Special Treats.
There are 113 pages including index with an average of two recipes per page.
