Here is a hard to find fun soft cover, comb bound cookbook titled... KOA's National Recovery Act Cookbook from 1988. The profits from the sale of this cookbook went to historical projects in Clear Creek Colorado. The cookbook is in good used condition with just a little wear to the covers and edges from use and re-shelving. Inside cover there is a sticker with a number (88) with was part of a very large cookbook collection. INSIDE the first page has a drawing of the one room schoolhouse in Dumont Colorado along with a long list of page numbers that had recipes the owner liked to make. Otherwise, the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing--just some small "X" marks by favorite recipes.
Chapters include: Breads & Rolls, Cakes & Cookies, Desserts, Jams -Jellies- Pickles - Relishes, Main Dishes, Soups & Salads, Vegetables and Misc. There are 233 pages--no index---with an average of 3 recipes per page.
