Here is a fun soft cover cookbook that has a wire spiral at the TOP of the cookbook so you flip the pages. The cookbook is from Coon Rapids Minnesota, a church cookbook titled ... Epiphany Epicurean from the Church of the Epiphany
The cookbook isn't dated, but I would say that it is from the 1960's into the early 1970's. The cookbook is in good used condition with just a bit of wear to the covers and edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE, the inside front cover has a recipe for coconut date bars written out. Otherwise, the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
There are 262 pages---no index--with an average of 2-3 recipes per page. Great fun recipes with the name of the contributing cook.
