Probably from the 80's here is a scarce Butterick pattern (# 6146) that was a TODAY'S WARDROBE collection of a blouse with a bow at the neck, a shirt with collar that also can be cut as a dress, a classic blazer and straight skirt.
Fitted, lined, hip jacket (blazer) has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, side panels, (no side seams) and long sleeves, vent and buttons. Loose fitting, slightly A-Line dress, 3 inches below the knee, or blouse in two lengths, Dress has pockets.
The pattern and instructions are still factory folded. The envelope has wear, creases and some small tears at the seams from age and storage but it doesn't effect the pattern.
