Here is Butterick Pattern # 5759 UNCUT Misses Jacket Coat in sizes 12, 14 and 16. Very loose-fitting, unlined, jacket (two lengths) has notched shawl collar, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, pockets and long sleeves. Purchased top and belt.
Size 12 (34" bust, 26 1/2" waist, 36" hips),
Size 14 (36" bust, 28" waist 38" hips),
Size 16 (38" bust, 30" waist 40" hips).
The pattern and instructions are still factory folded. The envelope shows some wear and creases from storate.
