Front buttoned blouse has collar, front and back gathered to yoke, forward to shoulder seams and long sleeves gathered to armhole and buttoned French cuffs. View 1 has self tie. View 3 has contrasting tie and shirttail hem.
The pattern and instructions are still factory folded. The envelope shows some wear and tears from age and storage.
