Here is Simplicity Pattern # 7120 UNCUT Misses Dress (Size 12, Bust 32). Vintage 1967. The collarless A-Line dress has back zipper. Views 1,2 and 3 have short set-in sleeves. Views 4,5 and 6 are sleeveless. Views 2 & 5 have lowered round neckline. Views 3 & 6 have lowered square neckline in front and round in back.
