Here is a HUGE soft cover edition (from 1988) of the Culinary Arts Institute Encyclopedia Cookbook by Ruth Berolzheimer with a whopping 974 pages.
The book is in VERY good used condition with no cracks in the spine. Front and back covers show minimal wear. A great COPY of the classic "old school" cookbook---on new paper so you can use it and not have the book fall apart.
