Here is Butterick Pattern # 4187 UNCUT Misses Top Skirt Pants in sizes 6, 8 and 10 designed by Donna Ricco New York circa 1995. Donna Ricco designed fitted button front long sleeved top with princess seams, back belt, shirt collar, front shaped hem and shoulder pads. Slightly flared ankle length bias cut skirt has elastic waist. Loose fitting straight leg pants also have elastic waist.
The pattern and instructions are still factory folded. The envelope shows some wear and creases from storage that doesn't effect the pattern.
