Here is a very unique cookbook that was a souvenir of the 1986 Mid America Pipeline Company NLPGA National Convention in Cincinnati, Ohio in May of 1986--the 1st printing of only 40,000 copies. Titled:
TABLE TREASURES
This plastic comb bound hard cover cookbook measures just about 6 1/2 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches tall with 441 pages including index. The front and back covers show minimal wear with just a little kitchen reside--a few small spots. The top ring of the comb spine has a section missing, but it doesn't effect the pages in the book and there are no missing pages.
INSIDE, the pages are at least 98% clean and free from marks, stains and writing. (I couldn't find anything--but just in case.)
Chapters include: Appetizers, Soups, Salads and Dressings, Breads, Breakfast--Brunch--Coffeecakes, Meatless Entrees, Meat, Ground Beef and Stew, Seafood, Poultry, Vegetables, Potatoes--Rice--Grits, Cakes, Pies, Sweet Potpourri and Specialty Items. An average of 2 recipes per page and the name of the contributing cook. A nice collection of recipes from all over the USA!
