Cake Icing & Decoration

Here's a fun hard cover cookbook from 1968, written by: Marguerite Patten and published in England--the U.K. that measures about 8 1/2 inches wide by just over 11 inches tall with about 275 pages. The book still has its dust jacket, which shows some wear and small tears at the top and bottom edges from use and re-shelving, but it did a great job of protecting the book. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks,stains or writing. (I could have missed something.)
Book is filled with cake decoration ideas. With black and white photos and some color ones too! Detailed step-by-step photos and instructions highlight this classic cake- making book. Some of the cakes covered include: Swiss roll, Birthday, Christmas, Wedding, Christening
Lots of icing and frosting including: glaze, butter, satin, cream and cottage cheese, fondants, marzipan, royal, and more!
