Kosher Creole Cookbook

This comb bound cookbook looks like a 1st Edition - the only date is 1982 and there is no other information. This cookbook is in VERY good condition with minimal wear to the covers from reading and re-shelving. The back cover has a light/faint blue ink stain, but minimal. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. The only thing I could find was a price written in pencil from a dealer on the title page and chapter page of the book.
The cookbook measures 6 inches wide by 9 inches tall with 214 pages including index. There is an average of 1-2 recipes per page with drawings and historical and cultural notes sprinkled through the book.
Chapters include a the feasts and festival that occur around the Jewish calendar : Traditional Kosher Creole Festive Dining, Brewing from the Bayou, Vieux Carre Voodoos, Patio Potpourri, Sugar Bowl Soirees, Mardi Gras Masquerades, Jazz Jambalayas, Passover a la Spring Fiesta, Magnolia Blossom Buffets, and MORE!!!
