Here's a great collection of recipes devoted to the wonderful nut--the PECAN. This comb bound cookbook from 1986 is in very good condition with minimal wear to the covers from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing---it looks like it's been in storage and never used.
