This hard cover spiral cookbook was written by Marge Poor that is in lightly used condition. It measures about 7 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches tall with 269 pages. The covers are hard and cover a wire spiral spine. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.

This is by far my favorite Mexican recipe cookbook. I've tried literally dozens of the recipes and each has been wonderful. I've had several dinner parties and cooked holiday meals using these recipes exclusively. The Mexican Gazpacho; Pork Stew with plaintains, Sweet Potatoes and Pineapple; and Chicken Breasts with Creamy Pumpkin Seed Sauce are among my family/friends' favorites. This is a great book, I think, for beginners as well as experienced cooks.
