Published by the North Dakota Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives ND in 1971, and THIS is a REVISED Edition from 1976.
The wire spiral bound cookbook has a hard cover and is in lightly used condition for its age with just a little wear to the covers' edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing--a very nice copy for its age with 420 pages.
Chapters include: Breads 'n Rolls, Cakes 'n Frostings, Candy 'n Ice Cream, Cookies 'n Bars, Desserts 'n Misc, Holiday, Foreign and Misc, Meat 'n Main Dishes, Pies 'n Puddings, Relishes--Pickles 'n Preserves, Salads 'n Salads Dressings, Soups 'n Vegetables. INDEX, Calorie Chart and places to put your own recipes! 2-3 Recipes per page. (See pics!)
