This is a 1st Edition/1st printing of this large paperback book and cost $17.95 and is worth every penny. There are some sensational recipes within the 190 pages. The print is nice and big and there are some lovely color pictures. You will find traditional recipes such as venison and some interesting ones such as carrot figgy pudding with caramel cream sauce. This is one cookbook which won't disappoint you.
