There are Nebraska Heritage recipes, as well. You are sure to find something you love in this book. I especially loved the Norton Theatre Cheesecake. When is the last time you made your own English muffins?! They were great when we made English muffin pizzas! (The pizza recipe is not in the book.) There is also a great recipe for Meatballs; Sicilian Meatloaf; Spinach Lasagna; and Wine braised pork chops! I love the fact that the instructions are not long and that you can prepare the meals quickly.
