This comb bound cookbook is a 3rd printing from 1995. It is in used, but good condition with just a little kitchen wear to the front and back covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE there are a handful of pages that have a dog-eared corner marking a favorite recipes and one page has a piece torn out---but the recipes on either side of the page are in tact. The pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
