Here is a great hard to find cookbook titled....
Panning for Pleasure Alaska Cookbook ~ A Juneau Alaska Cookbook (Signed by Wini Page) circa 1988
This comb bound, hard cover cookbook is probably a 1st Edition (the only other copy I was able to find was from 1989.) There is some wear to the top and bottom edges of the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the title page has been signed with "Best Wishes" by the author. Otherwise, the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. The only thing I could find that since the pages are blue, there is a bit of fading around the edges due to age.
Chapters include: For openers, Brunch Favorites, From the Bread Basket, In the Salad Bowl, In the Soup Tureen, The Tide is Out---The Table is Set, Poultry Plus, On the Meat Block, From the Vegetable Garden, International Flavors, In the Sauce Bowl, The Pasta Party, Off the Pastry Cart, and Extra!
There is an average of two recipes per page with 273 pages including index.
