This is a 1st Edition/1st Printing dated 1989.
The front and back covers show just a little wear a the edges and spine from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. The only thing I could find is that original owner of the cookbook turned down the top tip corner of a page with a favorite recipe so there are less than 10 pages with a dog-eared corners.
