Again, one of the great states with great church cookbooks is Minnesota. THIS soft cover comb bound cookbook is from LITCHFIELD MINNESOTA circa 1977.
The cookbook is in lightly used condition for its age with a little wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. Back cover shows some stains. INSIDE the pages are at least 96% free of any marks, stains or writing. Owner's name is on the first blank page. There are some splashes and stains, but they are stains in a much appreciated cookbook. There are 126 pages --no index ~ with an average of three to four recipes per page.
Chapters include: Salads & Dressings, Main Dishes (Including hot and cold sandwiches), Vegetables, Breads & Quick Breads, Cookies & Bars, Cakes - Pies - Desserts, Beverages. The name of the contributing cook in with most of the recipes.
