Here is a VERY hard to find soft cover cookbook titled... Cajun Cooking Roux, Roux, Roux Traditional and Nouveau (Cookbook) by Theresa Millang and it was published in 1986.
This comb bound soft cover cookbook is in lightly used condition with just a little wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. Only the first page has an old price in pencil from a bookstore.
"This cook book features gumbos and many other traditional 'Cajun dishes you will find being served in homes and famous New Orleans restaurants alike. Also included in this cook book, are a few new recipes. 'Cajun cooking can not be hurried, and the results achieved are well worth the time preparing these recipes." This book has 153 pages with an average of two recipes per page.
