This is the 4th printing from 1989 of the cookbook that was originally published in 1981. The book measures about 9 by 7 inches with 436 pages of recipes, illustrations, and informational material.
This recipe book is in very good used condition with just a little wear to the covers and edges from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
Chapters include: Menus, Appetizers & Beverages, Guide to Wine, Soups & Gumbo, Salads & Dressings, Meats, Poultry & Game, Seafood, Vegetables, Eggs - Cheese - Pasta - Rice, Preserves - Sauces, Breads, Sweets, Things your mother told you, and Index. There is an average of two recipes per page.
