Here's a hard to find 1st Edition/1st printing of the Phoenix Arizona's Junior League Cookbook titled... Fiesta Under the Sun
This cookbook has medium weight plastic front and back covers and a plastic comb spine. There's a little discoloration on the front cover--bottom left side--but I believe that it came from the printer's in this condition. It measures about 6 inches wide by 9 inches tall with 335 pages PLUS a very large index. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. Stated 1st Edition/1st Printing in October of 1982, so it is nice condition for being over 25 years old!
Chapters include: Fiesta, Beverages, Appetizers, Soups, Salads--Dressings, Sandwiches, Sauces, Entrees, Eggs--Cheese, Pasta--Rice--Potatoes, Vegetables, Breads, Desserts--Sweets, Lean Cuisine, Carefree Cooking and more! An average of two recipes per page.
