Here is a soft cover, spiral bound cookbook from 1990 titled... NEW MEXICO COOKBOOK More than 175 recipes from the Land of Enchantment by Lynn Nusom. This used cookbook is in good condition with just a bit of wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the title page has a few page numbers written down to remind the original cook of her favorite recipes. A few "X" marks by a handful of recipes. With 140 pages including index and an average of 2 recipes per page.
