Here are two vintage patterns from Simplicity and Vogue--both size 10. The pattens include a jacket, pants and skirt.
First, Simplicity "Go-Everywhere" sewing pattern 7070 for misses unlined jacket, pants, pullover shirt and bias skirt. The top-stitched unlined jacket with shirt type collar has front band button closing, patch pockets with flaps, shaped lower edge, forward shoulder seams, back yoke and long set-in sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. the top-stitched pullover shirt with collar has button fastened front band and short set-in sleeves. The bias skirt and the pants have side zipper and waistband. A purchased belt may be worn with separates.
PLUS Vogue Pattern # 8752 Misses Jacket, Skirt and Pants. Loose-fitting, partially lined jacket (no interfacing), gathered into front yoke and pleated into back yoke and waist seam, has pointed collar, front-buttoned cuffs. Below knee length A-Line skirt, slightly gathered into waistband, has center front pleat and side zipper closing. Wide, straight-legged pants, darted into waistband, have slight gathers at front and side zipper closing. Top stitched and edge stitch trim. Purchased tops.

BOTH patterns have only a few pieces cut and then it looks like they gave up the project. The envelopes show just a bit of wear from age and storage.
