This is a hardcover, wire spiral bound cookbook in lightly read condition with minimal wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 99% free of any marks, stains or writing. A nice copy for being over 20 years old! Stated 1st Edition from July of 1987.
Instead of chapters, there are menus for wonderful dinners; Florida Update, Gone With The Wind, A Taste of New Orleans, Candlelight Dinner, Cuban Fiesta and MORE! Upscale recipes.
