Here is a hard to find soft cover cookbook titled.. Plane and Not So Plain Cooking Compiled by Airline Pilots' Wives Club of the now defunked Northwest Orient & Braniff Airlines out of Minneapolis, Minnesota circa 1969.
The cookbook is in good used condition with just a little wear and faint stains to the covers from use and storage. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. With 144 pages and measures 6.5 x 9 inches tall. Each recipe has the contributor name and airline.
