Here is a vintage Simplicity Pattern # 5991 UNCUT Misses Skirt, Blouse, and unlined Quilted Jacket. Flared skirt has back zipper, buttoned waistband, pockets in side seams, and self ruffle flounce. Short fitted jacket of self quilted or pre-quilted fabric has princess seaming. Long set-in pleated sleeves and stand-up collar, yoke and binding of contrast fabric.
This is VERY SMALL in today's sizes so PLEASE know your size!
